A flexible, lightweight under-armour accessory. The Padded Undersuit creates a vibration deadening sheath around the wearer, creating two primary effects:

Stealth Boost: While worn, the bodysuit muffles sounds created by the wearers movement, even reducing any noise made by the armour worn above it, as the padding absorbs the vibrational energy. This adds a +2d bonus to Sneak rolls (not Hide rolls, though).

Sonic Weaponry Protection: While worn, the padded undersuit helps defend against the Infra and Ultrasonic weaponry being developed simultaneously in the research facility. This adds +2d to Strength for “armour” purposes only, and only against Infrasonic and Ultrasonic attacks.
